Children under 7 travel free, under 15 pay half fare.  The sleepers are single sex, so men and women will be in separate compartments unless your party books the complete compartment.

The service is reported to be very good and sightings of elephants, monkeys, gibbons, zebra, giraffes and antelope are common. With 6 beds per cabin it is not always easy to sleep. It offers a good chance to meet local people.
